Our class offerings include Pilates, barre, yoga, and strength training — each taught with intention, expert cueing, and a focus on long-term wellness.

In addition to group classes, we offer personal training and private sessions for those seeking a more customized approach. Whether you’re looking to refine technique, build strength, recover from injury, or simply move with more confidence, our instructors meet you where you are and help you progress safely and effectively.

Jennifer Lynn | Owner

Jennifer started her career after graduating summa cum laude from Xavier University, which led her to pursue additional training with MaddDogg Athletics in Spinning, The Physical Mind Institute for Mat Pilates, YogaFit for her 500 RYT, NASM for Personal Training, TRX, Concept 2 for Indoor Rowing and Ski Erg, Gravity EFI for Personal Training and Piloxing. She holds a Balanced Body University Comprehensive Certification which required 488 hours of training.

Jennifer is an Educator for Balanced Body in Movement Principles and MOTR, and Apparatus (Mat 1,2,3, Reformer 1,2,3 and Apparatus). She is also an educator for Barre Above, Tabata Bootcamp, and Swerve Cycle. She is certified in YogaFit Warriors Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Emotional and Physical Trauma, Indo-row, Shockwave, and PlyoYoga, and PIYO. She is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Fitness Nutrition Specialist and NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist. She is also certified with the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP).
